INVESTORS

An investment in solar makes sound business sense. It is both secure and by factoring local Feed-in-Tariffs (FIT) into expected solar energy production for a given area, it is possible to forecast revenues for up to 25 years into the future. The price per kilowatt of energy is index-linked, meaning that it will rise annually with the retail price index (RPI) measure of inflation.

PROPERTY OWNERS

In 2010 the feed in tariff was introduced as an incentive for people to generate their own solar power. Electricity suppliers now pay you for every unit of electricity your solar panels produce. Electricity generated by your solar panels directly powers your appliances saving you money on your electricity bill. Energy efficient systems such as the ones we supply generate more than the average consumers’ needs. This means that the remainder is sold back to the national grid creating an attractive tax free investment return on every unit sold back.
